Logistics and tracking
1）We will inform the buyer of relevant forwarding information after delivering the goods.
2）We will inform the buyer of relevant shipping progress information after the goods arrive at the customs of buy’s country.
3）We will inform the buyer to take delivery of goods after the goods arrive at destination.
Technical support service
We will provide buyer with excellent after-sale service, such as product instructions, products installation video and technical support service.
Returns and exchange service
1）We will reply to buyer's return request within 3 working days.
2）Any damages of goods caused by non-human damage within 6 months, please contact us for exchange.
3）We will bear the freight if the goods are returned due to the goods not in conformity with the drawings.
4）The buyer can ask for goods return and replacement by email or in writing.
